Education
We believe that appreciating that knowing WHY we do something is as critical as knowing HOW we do something.
In our experience most 16-24 year olds are often told HOW to do things and are measured by their ability to recall HOW.
What Darren believes is the WHY is equally critical.
Darren works with 16-24 year olds looking at subjects like emotional intelligence, the way that young people think and create workshops and seminars to explore refreshing ways of thinking.
Our student seminars are written and designed absolutely with the student in mind using stories and references pertinent to the students' lives.
We believe we have the ability to touch even the most challenging of student thinking.
Our emotional intelligence seminar covers all aspects of personal development from creating your vision.

personal development course for 16 - 25 year olds. The young people who attend the team programme have a variety of skills, abilities and backgrounds, Darrren's primary
role is to assist and support the young people through the programme.
The work Darren has carried out with the team has been very flexible varying from attending a residential to delivering workshops on self esteem, personal development and interview techniques. Darren is a valuable volunteer to the Team Programme.

Following your visit to the McAuley Catholic High School my outlook on school, university and life in general has changed. Everything you said had such an impact
on me. I can't help but feel happy about life and everything I have right now. I really enjoyed and appreciated the time you had given up from your schedule to talk to us. Many, many thanks!
