The amount of time we all have is the same, however, the way we use it is not. Success Habits - Creating Momentum

Often delivered as the second session, this module focuses on creating sustainability to ensure that energy and motivation is maintained within the team managers' consistently. It was devised as a result of many managers and leaders finding it challenging to maintain their energy and motivation consistently over a period of time.

  • Review of progress and learning to date in light of the original challenges faced, and identifiy where momentum may have reduced
  • Understanding and applying the forces of motivation whilst applying solutions to our challenges
